Famous Gujarati artist Hakabha Gadhvi has had a bitter experience at Rajkot Civil Hospital. Comedian Hakabha has narrated his ordeal. A few days ago, Hakabha’s sister met with a road accident. After being given primary treatment in Morbi, she was shifted to Rajkot Civil Hospital.
Hakabha’s sister was shifted to Rajkot Civil Hospital after suffering a serious head injury. However, Hakabha Gadhvi has alleged that the hospital administration did not pay attention despite the serious injury. Hakabha has said that a CT scan was also done on the seriously injured patient at 5 pm. In addition, Hakabha Gadhvi said that the neurosurgeon reached the hospital at 3 pm. Hakabha has also alleged that the behavior of the hospital staff was inappropriate.
Hakabha has expressed anger by describing the Laliwadi of the Civil Hospital. He said that if this happens to a person like him, then what happens to poor patients? He has demanded that the government take immediate action in this regard. He says that all the facilities are being provided by the government. But they are not being used. Rajkot Civil is the nose of Gujarat and work is going on to cut off this nose.
The incident has come to light on February 25. However, the hospital administration has denied all such allegations. It is also being claimed that the patient was treated on time. The Civil Hospital administration says that they have all the CCTV footage as proof.
Even after getting the complete information from the Civil Superintendent, MLA Darshita Shah has informed him to check the CCTV. If anyone’s behavior is found to be inappropriate, he has been asked to investigate the matter.
