6 crore prize money in WPL 2024-25

BCCI has not announced the prize money for the Women’s Premier League 2025. In such a situation, it is believed that this time too the prize money will be given the same as last season. In the 2024 season, Royal Challengers Bangalore won the title under the leadership of Smriti Mandhana. Then RCB was given a prize money of Rs 6 crore. While the runner-up Delhi Capitals got Rs 3 crore. Which is much more than the Pakistan Super League.

The winning team in PSL 2024 got 4.13 crores.

The Pakistan Super League was launched in 2016. In PSL 2024, the winning team Islamabad United received Rs 4.13 crore, while the runner-up Multan Sultans were given Rs 1.65 crore. This means that the Pakistan Super League is far behind the Women’s Premier League in terms of prize money. While the Pakistan Super League is not even close to the prize money of the IPL. The winning team in the IPL is given Rs 20 crore.
